Dr. Çağla Öneren Şendil, faculty member of Early Childhood Education Department, participated in the project titled "Erkek Okul Öncesi Öğretmen Adaylarının Mesleki Motivasyonlarının Artırılması" which was funded by “TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Events Support Programmes” and was coordinated by Associate Dr. Ramazan Sak. The scientific event was held on 4-6 October, 2021 at the online platform zoom. Dr. Çağla Öneren Şendil took part in the project as an organizing and scientific committee member and educator. Dr. Şendil carried out two sessions namely “Motivasyon Açısından Öğretmenliğe Yüklenen Anlamlar” & “Erkek Öğretmenlere Yönelik Olumsuz Tutum ve Tavırlar Karşısında Geliştirilebilecek Stratejiler”.
