Program of Early Childhood Education Presented Artificial Intelligence Integrated Course Applications!

On June 27, 2024, at the "How Artificial Intelligence is Transforming Learning and Teaching in Higher Education" program organized by TED University, our department faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sühendan ER presented her project "Pre-Service Teachers Write Children's Books with Artificial Intelligence" which she conducted within the scope of the ECEP306 / PECE306 "Children's Literature in Early Childhood" course. In the project carried out by Dr. ER, pre-service teachers produced children's literature works suitable for early childhood developmental characteristics by focusing on the processes of writing children's stories, voice-over, and creating animations based on the story using different artificial intelligence applications for a semester. In addition, Hatice Sinem Öztürk, a 3rd year student of our department, shared her experiences with her artificial intelligence integrated assignments within the scope of different courses she took this semester. We would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sühendan Er and Hatice Sinem Öztürk for sharing their experiences with faculty members from different departments of the university.
