Research Assistant Elif Naz Altaş Kuşhan’s Co-Authored Research Has Been Accepted for Presentation at ECER 2026!

The co-authored study of Elif Naz Altaş Kuşhan, a research assistant in the Faculty of Education's Department of Early Childhood Education, has been accepted for presentation at the ECER 2026 conference, which will be held in Tampere from August 18–21, 2026.

The findings of the study, titled “Not the Children, Not the Teaching: Preschool Teachers’ Pathways Out of the Profession and into Alternative Careers,” suggest that the current perspective on teacher education should be broadened.
